Dodge's - Newport News

I’m not sure what the cashier's name is in the picture I uploaded, but she was really unpleasant and rude! She definitely needs to work on her attitude and tone. She treated both me and my friend poorly.

The staff at Dodge is excellent, but the quality of the chicken has significantly declined. I used to recommend them as having the best chicken in the area, but after my last two visits, I've changed my opinion. I ordered the 6-piece hot wings (all flats) and was hit with an extra $2 charge. The wings were dry and disappointingly small, about the size of pigeon wings. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Two ladies were working there tonight, and although I didn’t catch the name of the one who assisted me, she was an incredibly hard worker. Her customer service was exceptional—exactly what any company could hope for and more! She definitely deserves a raise! Being helpful and friendly in the middle of the night is no easy task, yet she managed it all with a smile!

The food is good. But you think as expensive as it is for gas station food, give more than 2 half dollar size ranch cups for 8 CHICKEN BREASTEN AND 2 BOXES from JOJOS. My God, how stingy can you

Funny lookin girl in the front let Me stand on line without even saying a word to Me only to find out the line I was standing in she closed to start making runs or whatever didn't even say she was closed! The disrespect felt intentional I just walked out and didn't buy anything!
