Rick’s Cheesesteak Shop

I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The quality of the Käse-Steak simply doesn’t justify the price. It was definitely a waste of nearly $30 for two subpar sandwiches! Shaking my head.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. I visited last night and found that the sandwiches were missing salad. They only had one tomato, and one of the sandwiches even had a bug in it, which I had to throw away! It was a disappointing experience overall. The decor was dim and uninviting, and the prices were too high for the quality of the food.

Dining could be fantastic, but the state of the restaurant is simply unacceptable. There are shoes on the floor, liquid stains on the walls, and the smell is awful. The deck shows signs of water damage, and the chairs and tables are falling apart. I've never written a review before, but the lack of cleanliness and overall condition of the restaurant is shocking.

The food was good. I ordered a cheese steak, pommes, mozzarella sticks and a drink. I asked for a little green paprika, bananenpfeffer and sharp paprika. they had no sweet paprika that has to be for me. the cheese steak was okay. I would prefer to cook all paprika and chopped into meat. When I bite that sandwich, everything I tasted was cold paprika. the restaurant is clean and good customer service.

Okay it 's NOT Ricks anymore I was told when I picked up my subs. When I got home my husband and I were so hungry but the hot turkey and cheese sub was cold (I got there within 15 minutes like they said) and it was so bland! I could 've made a better sandwich with old buns myself!! My husbands steak and cheese sub looked shriveled like it had been sitting around for hours! WHAT?? Please do yourself a favor and go to Firehouse or to another place that you know! I paid $35 for 2 subs one fry and one med drink. SAD.. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS or sell it back to Rick.
