Sonic Drive-in - Newport News

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The staff was super rude before I even had a chance to get a word out. I love Sonic. Always have. I'll be back for sure but never at this location.

The food here is meh for the most part EXCEPT for the breakfast burritos and French toast sticks. Otherwise the service is always kind and accommodating and the drive up stalls are so relaxed compared to the normal drive-thru window. Love Sonic.Parking: Plenty of parking especially with the stalls as well.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu which comes with applesauce and milk as the combo sides.

If I could give less stars I would. Food was awful, my daughters meal was missing her juice and the food was absolutely horrendous. Bacon had looked like it was picked up off the floor and the chicken looked like it was sitting the nastiest grease ever. Lettuce looked like it was sitting out for a while started browning. Wasn't able to make it back in the same day to get issued a refund and was told I couldn't get a refund because I didn't come in the same day or call to let them know the issue. Will not be returning here. Very poor service and even poor management. He has his own personal number on the receipt just so he can tell his customers no whenever they have issues. This store needs to be shut down.

It says 24 hours but I'm here at 4:22am and no one is taking my order. I see a guy working, so I'm confused.

The food is always good. Whoever the girl is that was at the drive-thru window today needs an attitude check. I know we have all have bad days, but I expect to receive the same respect that I give.
