Feedback gevenThe phone number doesn’t work I’ve tried to call them like 4 times they never answer. Last time I went they didn’t even fill my cup all the way. And when I asked her if the drink was made already because I forgot to say oat milk she glared at me. But since she already made it I wasn’t going to make her make another drink. Over all she was just rude. She had curly hair and it was long. She was panicking clearly but it was steady. It wasn’t a long line or anything. She was just carelessly making drinks
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the barista named Whitney! This girl is the hardest worker I’ve seen in a LONG time! There was a long line in front of me when I parked my cart to get some coffee, but the customers were checked out so fast and before I knew it it was my turn already! She was the only one behind the counter and she worked quickly. She was kind, professional, and gave me a great suggestion on what drink to choose for energy. I let her supervisor know what an outstanding worker she is and even another customer chimed in in agreement! I hope this Starbucks holds onto her and treats her well! 5- Stars Whitney! Very unpleasant experience. Was visiting this location due to business trip. Everything that I purchased was reimbursed by my company as long as I had a receipt to verify how much my expenses were on this trip. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be reimbursed for the order that I purchased here because the front end worker neglected to even ask if I wanted my receipt. Which then prompted the entire store front to not have a clue on how to savage a previous order to redeem a receipt for the order. Very frustrating and disappointed.
10 out of 10 for sure. The newer girl who's really shy made my drink she was second guessing herself but she got it down it was literally the best white chocolate mocha with Carmel ive ever had from there. 100% recommend!!!
