These five-star reviews must be artificial; there’s no way this establishment can have an average of 4 stars. WAWA should consider shutting it down. The overnight hours are absurd and likely attract the local criminal element. I've never encountered a franchise quite like this one. The staff seem overwhelmed, and unfortunately, I can’t say anything positive about my experience.

I filled up my gas tank and had to inform the staff three times that the charge wasn't showing up on the pump before the manager finally addressed it this morning. I was told that it would take 24 hours for the charge to be reflected on my card, yet I still haven't seen the money returned. The manager was unable to explain why the charge wasn't showing or even offer an apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disorganized.

I ordered some drinks, ice cream, and food, but the experience was quite disappointing. I didn't receive any of the three sour creams I ordered, and my tacos were missing the cheese sauce I requested. Additionally, I was supposed to get extra cheese sauce with my fries, but that was missing as well. Overall, everything felt off compared to what I expected from the meal.

I wanted to get a sub and didn't have to wait long. Everyone seems friendly and the atmosphere here is relaxed.
