Belinnis - Newry and Mourne

Great atmosphere, staff polite. Well appointed furnishings. Food and drink above average great choice Recommend the steak

Please be VERY WARY purchasing tickets for any event held in Bellinis. I bought tickets for a performance I had attended previously a Princess Party I realised immediately it was the same group (loc down events) putting on the performance but it was superhero’s and not princesses. I contacted the ticket sales Eventbrite and they stated tickets were non refundable and I had to contact the person managing the event to get refund/exchange. I then contacted the loc down events group and they replied immediately and were very helpful but stated they only put on the show and don’t deal with tickets or sales that is specifically Bellinis that has to deal with any tickets/sales issues. I contacted Bellinis and they tried to fob me off to Eventbrite and Loc down events. When I relayed several times that I had already done so and was told by both companies it was Bellinis I had to contact they took my name and said if the manager could do anything he would ring me. No call. I tried several more times and never got a response. The event was today and my tickets were wasted. I also attended this event in the Canal Court before Bellinis hosted they were very accommodating I’m hoping it returns there!

The restaurant is decent. It's a typical bar with nothing extraordinary. However, I was not impressed with the doormen. They were rude and unhelpful. On the other hand, the waitstaff inside was fantastic. I don't plan on returning because of the doormen. I suggest looking for another place to eat. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming.

We had a party of 14 for my dad's birthday dinner. The food was fantastic and the portion sizes were very generous. There was a great variety of options to choose from and everything was cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional and very attentive. A big thank you to Chef Paddy who accommodated our "fussy" eaters. We will definitely be returning, 10/10!

We needed a place to eat and have a drink. From the outside Bellini's looks like a nightclub or a furniture warehouse. We saw the door open and inside there is a large bar. We were taken to a table and we were hungry. I had scampi and it was so obviously fresh. Nice sauces too and nicely cooked vegetables. In fact it was very tasty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant /bar. It's comfortable and well decorated and the staff are very nice.
