I highly recommend getting the queen, it is the same as the burrito, but they grill the tortilla and put cheese on them so that it melts! the device itself is very clean, toilets are clean, and there are hand sanitary stations in the restaurant.
Who doesn't love a burrito from Anna's Taqueria? The quality is pretty much the same no matter what location you decide to go to, which is good. These guys know how to properly assemble a burrito, Chipotle should take notes, lol. The only thing I don't like are the customers that point at what they want with there hand extended over the glass barrier. The glass barrier is there for a reason people, jeez.
This one for some reason is terrible, the one in Porter square owns all of them and is definitely the better tasting most reliable and most consistent of all of the annas around. I'm giving this such a bad review specifically the one in Newton because every time we go the food is not consistent the workers are miserable, and this one time on New Year's that we went we ordered takeout online and my burrito is 80% rice. Therefore if you're going to eat here make sure you walk in and watch them put the food in the burrito or they'll give you basically nothing. No bueno anna's!
Anna's satisfies every time and is our go to place for a fast,filling and delicious meal. And they also have been a great support to the community!
Food was ok, less tasty than I remember on my previous visits to Anna’s. When I showed up to pick up, the employee standing next to my bag wasn't interested in eye contact neither answer my “Thank you”, rude.They missed my Chips Guac. I ordered pickup directly to their POS system (Toast) to help them to avoid the high commission from the 3rd party apps (Uber, GH, etc) but when I notified the missing item I got completely fooled.The person over the phone told me the manager will do the credit on next day. I called during the following week once a day and all I received was a different excuse each time. It wasn’t about the amount of money, it’s about respect for the customer.Things are a little out of control over here.Not coming back to this location anymore.
