Feedback gevenI ordered breakfast for my wife and me, specifically the biscuits and gravy platter and the breakfast platter, at 10:05 AM. By 10:35 AM, I was still waiting in the drive-thru. After waiting for 30 minutes and still having received nothing, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back again!
The customer service was pleasant, and the large hot ham and cheese sandwich was enjoyable. However, the bacon cheeseburger I ordered without a bun was disappointing. The patty was extremely thin, and while the cheese melted over the bacon and onion made it easier to eat, I had anticipated the addition of lettuce and tomato, not just onion. I'm uncertain if I would return. The fries were good, but considering what we received, the meal did not justify the $11 price tag.
The wait was excessively long; if we hadn't been stuck in line for such a while, we wouldn't have waited at all. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm. It's clear they need more assistance, as I later learned there were only two people working—one in the kitchen and one at the front.
3 on staff and all were bickering to eachother. Might as well shut it down. Not fair to employees and a waste of time for customers.
Said was open till 11,pm 10 15 pm was told at drive thru if your not a dash delivery we are closed i guess dash orders our priority
