The oil from the hot sauce made a layer on top that was a little intense. Once mixed it was great.

I heard of kfc in newton ks again hope to finally get the service and the quality I expected from kfc. again I drove disappointed away trying to order a 12-part meal extra crispy legs and upper leg and was said that was a special order only because it was not on the menu board and for special orders I needed to go home and order online and come back in forty minutes. now there is an 8 piece legs and thighs on the menu board, so I think I would have ordered 2 of those without a special order I have 20 years in resturant management including many years for yum brand food, the kfc heard I have never seen a business work so hard to customers and there money drive away than this restaurator they could have come with me the district manager and be the only it is a sad day when you have to eat quickly.

At 6:30 04\0/2022 with 1 car pulled in front of me. the person comes to intercom and says I will be with them in 4 to 5 minutes. not 1 other car on the parking lot

Have been sitting in line for 25 min. Cars are turning and leaving. The person in front of us has been waiting 15 min to have his order taken. Last time we were here they said their fryers were down so why were they open. You couldn't get chicken

They use Covid as an excuse to give just okay food and your order is never correct. I’ll just drive to Wichita for decent chicken from Popeyes than put up with this location. Order extra crispy chicken family bucket last night and when got home found it was original chicken and no paper linings in the bucket to help with grease. The chicken on the bottom was sitting in 3/16 to 1/4 of grease. I’m just done with the sloppy messes there and doing what ever they please with paying customers.
