I sometimes work from here when I need a change of scenery, and it's a great spot for breakfast after a workout. I enjoy bringing my niece here occasionally, as it is very child-friendly and the staff is always polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend checking it out, even if it's not your usual go-to spot. They have later hours on weekdays, which is perfect for grabbing a quick meal with a friend after work.
This is a fantastic restaurant with a friendly staff, delicious food, and a nice selection of beer and wine. They also have occasional live entertainment which adds to the great atmosphere. Plus, they are dog-friendly, including emotional support dogs. Many thanks for a wonderful experience!
I can't say enough nice things about narrow coffee nosh. friendly staff, great ambiente, lots of space, the coffee was really good. I saw in the coffee and they get it locally, which is great.
Eating is pretty good and cheap, I give them that. I also loved the atmosphere and the friendly owners. the coffee drink was simply ok for me (mocha.) the quiche was good and the breakfast sandwich was buttery and tasteful, although I wonder if the speck was speck bits instead of fresh speck crumbs. it was still good, but regardless of it. somehow we have the $27 (including the $4 tip) spending for a piece of quiche, a breakfast sandwich and 2 coffee drinks. I am not sure how this happened when the prices on the sign for ice cream are nowhere near $5 /ees, as if they were arranged. I am not sure that our drinks were even espresso drinks, as they tasted more like the cold brewery they had on the tresor, so that is even more confusing as coffee is much less than espresso drinks. I saw an additional 80 fee for using a credit card I didn't see until I paid. So I think the coffee drinks are way overpriced for only good quality and this meal was much more than we would spend somewhere else locally for a small meal with coffee. they should probably update the prices on the signs as it is not close to what rings. because of the price this is probably one and done space for us, unless we get a food to go the next visit of the family in the opposite. I came to this place because the prices were reasonable, but ended with 6$8 more (without tipp) than expected on the basis of photos from previous reviews. we visited family from the city and are blessed with amazing coffee shops in durham with locally roasted beans, so we are always on the hunt for good espresso drinks elsewhere from local business when we travel. this was just a 3 out of 5 stars coffee for me, as they do not make the mocha like a serious / authentic coffee shop, but they use mochasirup, which gives him a more artificial and minimal mocha taste. I was also not a fan of the fry that tasted like a Colombian roast. Perhaps my standards for coffee are simply too high, as we had the best in locally roasted coffee during our travel in the usa but in any case they give the food an attempt and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. do not let my assessment stop them from supporting a local business. the local caffes are few and far between them, so this is even better than most. they are still nice people. I am still on the hunt after this great mocha in the opposite.
I thoroughly enjoyed the curry chicken salad wrap. I highly recommend the hot tea and coffee. My mother loved the Meltdown dish. The lunch portions were generous. The music playing was nice, although a bit loud for a coffee shop. However, I have no complaints when it comes to good music and good food.
