Where do you begin… I work around the corner. Have given this guy so many chances. Constantly burns the food. Never puts my lettuce, tomato or pickles on the side. He would rather me eat a soggy sandwich. He will never accommodate you for any request. I’ve always wondered why he is the only one there by his self everyday. Very rude. Not a people person. And definitely not someone I want making my food. There is enough horrible food in Newton but they have the nicest staff. So if you’re looking for the best FISH SANDWICH or FISH n CHIP in Newton…GO SEE THE PEOPLE NO. 57 LINCOLN KITCHEN. you won’t be disappointed… leave gargamel from the smurfs alone. Gave him 1 star only because I had to.
They are very rude and disrespectful called and asked for a fish sandwich and the guy hung up on me. I called back and his response was he isn’t making my sandwich because I asked for everything that comes in the fish sandwich on the side and he caught an attitude with me about it. Nobody should be treated this way no matter what business it is. There is a way to talk to people and he doesn’t know how too. This was the 3rd time that happened to me from Newton town pizza I really hope he changes his attitude and the way he runs his business.
I order from here regularly. For me, this is the best pizza I've had in Newton. The dough is deliciously chewy, the sauce is perfect, the toppings are always fresh, and it even reheats well if we have leftovers. Our favorites are the plain cheese and the Aegean pizza (grilled chicken, red onions, spinach, and parmesan). Since the pandemic, this shop has been short staffed. The owner and staff are super nice, and I think customers need to be more understanding about the toll the pandemic took on small businesses. They still produce great food... Everyone has a off day. We'll continue to buy our favorite pizza here! The subs are delicious too!
This pizza shop is one of the few pizza shops open on Sunday, but it could be improved. The onion rings that I received were overcooked and brown, not yellow. The pizza I received was overcooked, dried out, and had a tough crust. Also, the 16 LG Pizza is only 14 . Not a good experience. My favorite Monday-Saturday pizza shop is C&N at 437 Centre Street.
