Best Mexican food I've ever eaten!! Nothing compares. I'm ruined for all the other Mexican restaurants. Chile Con Queso should be yellow, NOT WHITE! I have eaten in this restaurant since the high chairs hang on the tables (before 80s)! I remember when you could order from your boat on Lake Milton and they delivered it to you on their port (they probably have since the sale of this property). Anyway, if you're not from our area, but want to try our best preserved 'Mexican' secret... you need to try El Carlos Restaurant.

I love eating here. I never got a bad meal here. I'm hungry too. If you go good tasting Mexican cuisine it is great food

Always a great meal. Fast service, meals are still very warm, the prices are good. Do not expect a chic disguise, but expect a good taste.
