Aroma - Newton Stewart

What was for a fund of this caffe, beautiful fresh boiled food, the fish was fantastic, special price for seniors an additional bonus. we were only three days in Scotland, but two days on the run for a beautiful meal. the prices were very good and the staff could not be more helpful. Thank you.

My wife and i visited Newton Stewart for 5 days.Stayed at Machermore castle. Tried a few places but The Scent o Galloway has the best food,the best service and the fairest prices in the whole of Scotland. Steak pie is amazing. All day breakfast is out of this world. Desserts are delicious. Anyone visiting Newton Stewart should try this lovely restaurant. I will certainly be back next time we are in the area

I stopped by for a quick breakfast and was very pleased with my experience! The restaurant has a rustic and cozy atmosphere, and the prices are very reasonable. The only downside was that the waitress didn’t stay close by in the dining area, making it a bit challenging to get her attention when we needed to ask for the bill.

I went in to get some paninis, and when I got home, they were delicious! I had to return to try the Biscoff waffles!

The best home-style kitchen I've experienced. The portions are fabulous, though it is a bit pricey. The service can be hit or miss with the waitstaff. However, the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed, making it a place I would return to time and again.
