The ice cream is delicious. However, the service is frequently slow. The coffee is quite weak, and the small Americano only includes one espresso shot. I had to request that my special ice cream bowl be prepared to match the picture I saw. While I understand that this area is relatively affluent, the prices feel too high considering the level of service and portion sizes. Overall, it's just average here.

The ice cream was mediocre—nothing to write home about. The staff was comprised of young kids who seemed overwhelmed on a Sunday night, and the loud radio made it difficult to have a conversation. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty dishes placed next to clean lids behind the counter. The shop itself was small, and oddly enough, the lounge area in the back was larger than the ice cream serving area. I found the price for a large ice cream (about four scoops) quite steep at nearly $10. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

Good ice cream but over priced and extremely poor service. Be prepared to wait due to the shop being typically understaffed. Very inefficient and would suggest that management alter the way the shop is ran.

Cute ice cream shop in the middle of historic Newtown. Nice building with a cool vibe. The ice cream is a bit on the expensive side but was pretty good. Good place for kids. They will love the choices of candy that can be added to their sundaes.

We genuinely enjoy visiting this place, but I’m giving it 3 stars in the hope that the owner will consider simplifying the menu for the benefit of the staff. I visited on a Sunday when it wasn’t too crowded, but the extensive variety of treats, coffee, crepes, ice cream, and more makes it challenging to provide prompt service. The two young ladies working there were fantastic, but I urge the owner to make things easier for them by optimizing the menu!
