Really impressed with the quality of food delivered to our office for a small work function. The food and service was impeccable. Thank you!
Went to this café about a month ago, before the warm weather arrived in Geelong. It was raining and fairly chilly so I chose to sit inside. Like "Foodie Wandering" (the reviewer below) I found the space inside uncomfortable. The female owners(?)/staff were loud and being stuck in front of the counter and next to the toilet you'd think I'd be happy with all these services but the staff seemed to be in a world of their own - I could not for the life of me get their attention at the table. It wasn't that busy but I seemed to have fallen into a service black hole. I finally ordered a chicken and avocado wrap; and a glass of Grenache blanc from the specials menu. The wrap was generous in size and made well, but was dry due to the vague tight smear of avocado. The wine that came out was a red as opposed the blanc I had ordered from the menu. It was placed down quickly and by the time I had looked up the waitress had vanished back behind the counter. I tried a few "excuse me's" but this "service person" was so busy talking to her friends I didn't make a fuss. Ten minutes later I managed to get her attention and asked her politely "is this Grenache meant to be red?" and she says "it's 'grenash' not 'grenarsh' " Great. Now I have an elocution teacher as well as the wrong wine. She said she got the order wrong and I reply that it will do as I'd already sipped it, and by then I'd already finished my wrap. So I get up and pay and bustle past the counter/toilet and I'm charged for that just sipped wine (really?) and plan not to return. I'd like to like this place, but it felt like I was intruding with all the loud action going on with the service people who didn't provide decent service. Don't tell me how to pronounce Grenache. And if you get something in the order wrong - please don't charge me for it. It's called a goodwill call, which obviously I have not returned. Thank you.

The café is small, and in a marquee next to a small kitchen and servery. Even so it's warm even in winter and has a lovely atmosphere. Food is really good, whether you want small meal/tapas/share platter or a bigger meal. wonderful pizzas here too. Staff very friendly and attentive.
