Mod Pizza - NEWTOWN SQUARE

Rude. Poor service. They ask for a tip at the register and then they don 't really do anything to earn it. When I suggested that they bring the food out to people if people are tipping them, they said we 're not asking for a tip. It 's just there. 6 people standing around doing nothing but making jokes, being unprofessional, and immature. My first and last time here. Edit: I just wanted to add that I did in fact tip 20% at the register. I believe in taking care of people in the service industry. I don 't have super high expectations. Bad service is everywhere. It just seemed like it would have been the right thing to do to bring the pizza out to my table when I was basically the only one there, and there were so many of them not really doing anything. The attitude of indifference is the main reason I won 't go back. I didn 't even eat the pizza. I decided to just leave because of the attitude of the employee.

This location has amazing and kind staff specially compared to other fast food chains. The pizza quality is great and I love the idea of customizing the pizza however you want because I make it taste how I want it. Price is very good as well.

I’ve been here a few time. However, this time was horrible. My pizza was burnt on one side, they forgot the bbq on the Caspian and I found a hair inside my pizza. I had ordered to the wrong location by accident and had to order in house, the one staff member looked like he hated his job. I waited alone in line for 10 mins. I get everyone has off days but that was a mess.

The staff is obviously very miserable as they were outwardly complaining instead of taking our order. The entire restaurant should be cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty, food all over the floor in the workstation areas.
