Upper Crust Pizzeria - NEWTOWN SQUARE

We order from here at least three times a week from work. Last week, I ordered a Hot Open Face Turkey platter that came with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. When I asked what the vegetable was, I was told there is none. It also came with soup and a roll. I got my Hot turkey Platter luke warm on a piece of white bread, no gravy, no mashed potatoes and no roll. I use the broth as the gravy. Today we ordered and I got a Cheese Omelet and a side of bacon with home fries. Whole wheat Toast. I got everything except the Toast. In a little bag that I thought was the toast was the bacon. When the order is repeated back over the phone and very clear to the person taking the order. WHY OH WHY is it wrong? This has happened too many times. I've already called twice. I don't think I'll be in on ordering from here anytime soon.

This place has everything. At the same table we were eating pancakes, bacon, kebab, falafel, pizza, pizza fries, salad and beer!!!! Everybody was happy!!!!

I had chicken noodle soup and shish kebob platter. All good so far. Also, the staff members don?t wear masks, which they have the right not to and I?m glad for that. They also have good service! I?m hoping more people and businesses follow their example and avoid getting health problems from mask-wearing. I?ll come back again!

The food was great and the service was excellent! I had the chicken kebabs and my wife had a greek salad, We shared the hummus. Staff was super friendly and too a real interest to see how we like our meal.

A perfect place for a nice, comfortable environment to eat at. With very reasonable prices that undercut pretty much everywhere nearby, it's an amazing example of what other places should aspire to be. This place has no reason to be empty around lunch time, plain and simply. Try the haddock and the onion rings, they're the bomb.
