Feedback gevenThe service was really quite disappointing. The staff seemed undertrained, and we even had to clear our own plates. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it arrived, the Gyoza was frozen solid inside. While the sushi was surprisingly decent, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Their food is good. However, when I got home after pick up today, I found that side salad and miso soup were missing. This is not the first time this happened.
I have an allergy and was asking about an ingredient used in many of the sushi rolls on the menu. I was told they didn’t know what it was or what was in it. Didn’t even try to ask for me. In the end I wanted my rolls with brown rice because of my allergy and they didn’t have it? At a sushi restaurant they didn’t have brown rice? Then I get home and they gave me the wrong roll
Friendly and attentive staff and in my opinion, the best sushi you can get in the greater Main Line/Media area. Price points are extremely fair and the atmosphere is quaint and gives you the feel of family owned business (which I believe it is). I've passed this place a million times whenever I drove home and am ashamed I didn't come in sooner! I will definitely be back!
