Grief Grief Only criticism I would give is to roast this fine ass Falafels! I love crispy falafels! Grief But I'm sure you were beautiful and politely asked, you would do it! Grief
This place is an institution. Falafel Rolls has never been so cheap and yet so full of garlic and hummus. If all the froyos and stupid donut shops are gone, Rowda Ya Habibi will be triumphant - for a time, up to a time before the bourgeoation of Newtown's gastronomy is reset. Screw the yuppies, eat at Ya Habibies!
The food is a pretty classic Middle East breeze, but Ya Habibi receives additional points to be wonderfully affordable - you can get a pretty heavy amount of food for less than $ 10, e.g. B. a massive Falafel role, which is only $ 6.50. In addition, the owners are nice people and super helpful.
Bad quality, re-thrown (microwave) food. Grief - The dips were clearly a can and most food was muddy and not fresh. Grief - Lamb was not cooked fresh and was well done Grief Do not eat here.
Avoid this restaurant at any price - there are much better alternatives that you have to have passed to get to this facility. Called in advance to book a table for two Monday night, but I was advised that they were full. Just to check, I went on this Monday and they were completely empty. In fact, every time I pass this place, nobody is there (see attached photo). I'm wondering why? There is an answer to this question - Rowda Ya Habibis meat collaps. Absolutely terrible. I ate here with a buddy, and we agreed that they were very average.
