Rubyo's - Newtown

For our significant birthday experience with 12 people, including adult, youthful and children, it was very good. eating was great and service was excellent. highly recommended.

Eating at rubyo is always great. have eaten there in a series of places and it is always good and very valuable.

Eating is good, abundantly beneficial with an acceptable weinlist. service friendly request. however. the restaurant lacks ambiente. inappropriate music vocals only not beneficial for a relaxed culinary experience, lighting is much too bright, cannot be dimmed to a softer level. Seat benches are too low for the height of the table (if they are not exceptionally large! . I am sorry, but we will not return.

The food was wonderful with the star being the calamari but all the dishes were great

We had the seafood tasting menu. The food was ok but really just like a small portion of something you would eat at a pub and at $50 a head for food only my expectations were higher. Staff were friendly but the fitout atmosphere lacked anything special
