Dairy Queen - Niagara Falls

Great place for a late nite snack after everything else is closed or closing.

Staff is always so nice. Ice cream is always delicious and I’ve never had a problem!

Rather disappointed in this one no Hamburgers only Chicken sandwhiches... Too bad.....

Very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed. I let the server know I was waiting for my app to load and the DQ server closed the drive-thru window and commented to those around her, we don't have time for this. She either didnt realize we could hear her or she didnt care we could hear her talking about us and being rude. Handed her card for payment just to alleviate the issue and didn't get to use the app. When the same server handed back the card, she dropped it said sorry but closed the window, didnt offer to assist in anyway and commented again to those around her, that we looked at her mean because she dropped the card. We couldn't have moved forward because the car behind us would've thought we were leaving. Had to squeeze out to get the card and get back in the car all the while still waiting for our order. I would give zero stars if possible.
