Mcdonald's - Niagara Falls

Through the way. the first part of my order was 2 pommes. I was asked to repeat the whole order twice, only to get to the delivery window and not be given to fraught. Look at the reception. I was not charged for them, although I was asked to repeat the order twice. the order was not displayed as normal in the car, but maybe they had problems with it? put off the pipe while they work and maybe they get a command right. you happy when a worker at the window grunts with them let alone used words or phrases like thank you, have a nice day. All that, anything far away sound like words would be great at this point. I get that the work can suck in almost food, but I feel like I'm disturbing her by being a customer. this place was not like that. I had passed this scenario or similar several times, or I would not leave this review.

Drive through line was super slow. took 40 minutes to get the meal and there were 12 cars were front of me. my big mac was cold, fries were cold and hard. never experienced the same in any other Mcdonald's. disappointed.

Always have issues with my order. For how expensive food is you expect your food to be made to order. Should not have to dig in each bag and open everything up to make sure it's made correctFood: 1/5

Clean, there was an employee with cleaner who rotated around the dining area cleaning tables between customers, helpful employees, hot crispy fries and fast service.Food: 5/5
