S+L Kitchen & Bar - Langley

This has been our go to location for date night for quite a long time, the decline in experience has been dramatic over our last couple visits. Stood in the front for 5 mins before anyone came to greet us, food was over cooked and came out not fresh. Hard to enjoy the experience when you pay a premium for a dine in experience. Hoping they're on their game next time.

Obviously they are understaffed waited forever to get drinks after we ordered them and took forever to get our food. We were trying to leave to get back to work and couldn't get the waitresses attention to pay our bill. When we finally did it was another 10 minute wait. Will not return for a business lunch meeting. (service was way too slow)

We celebrated my wife's birthday at S+L Kitchen Langley, and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was absolutely perfect—elegant yet cozy, creating the ideal atmosphere for a special night out. The live singing by the gentleman added such a charming touch to the evening; his performance was soulful and set the mood just right. A special shoutout to Sienna, our server, who was incredibly polite, cooperative, and attentive throughout the night. She made sure to check on us regularly, which made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, everything from the food to the service and entertainment was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a memorable night out!

Steaks overcooked, service extremely slow. Place was dead yet service and food was not great

Staff were attentive and we were sat quickly. Liked the musician singing and playing guitar. The steaks were not great. I had the fillet described as ‘melt in the mouth’. Cooked medium it was quite tough. In the end we were waiting tinder dessert but our server was MIA. So we asked someone else for the bill. Not a bad night but for the price $320+ the value was not there.
