De Healthy Baker - Niagara Falls

Just discovered this wonderful bakery. I Needed a vegan cake for a birthday party. The cake was absolutely delicious and so moist also.! I highly recommend this bakery!

BEST gluten free bakery in the area. My mom has been going there for years (since it opened. I can't stomach most gf breads especially the mass produced ones (as to me they taste like sawdust. Estelle's bread however is delicious in addition to being healthy. She also offers cookies, cupcakes and other treats. The store is also decked out in cool antiques. Estelle (the owner is wonderful- very friendly and helpful.

I was researching online for a gluten free cake for my mother in law and came across this one. Emailed them. Estelle so promptly emailed me back and said she can make me a cake even though my request was last minute: Went into the store to meet her daughter at the desk whom was so nice she even gave me a couple of hotdog buns to try as we were having a bbq that night for the birthday: Loved seeing scripture verses in there: The cake was delicious. Vanilla on vanilla. So moist and we all loved it! We are picky and it was delicious!Thank you for taking the time for my last minute order: Being so friendly and caring of your customers! This is the best bakery! Their cupcakes and cakes are amazing.

Get the pierogi!!! Just do it!! Cupcakes are amazing as is the fig bar! Have yet to try the lemon and carrot cake bars that I bought but no doubt they will be delicious as well! This place is a hidden gem in Niagara Falls! I will go there again next time I am visiting from the States. Two thumbs up!
