Hartford Giant Grinder - Niantic

Grinders are awesome. Had a grinder of theirs in the past and the guy who made our grinder was nice and friendly. But Only 3 stars because of their inconsistency with hours. Called ahead to make sure they 're open. No one picked up, thought they werebusy so drove down there about a 45 minute drive. They were closed even though on Google it said they were open till6:30pm. When arriving, there 's a sign on their door stating open till 5 or 6, sometimes 7 sometimes we close at 5 or 6.Sometimes early as 4pm very confusing with their message on their door. Happened 2 times when I would drive down to find outthey were closed. Really turns me off from wanting their food again.

The handmade grinders here are amazing and HUGE! You really can't go wrong at this place. It's definitely the best spot for grinders.

The turkey and roast beef are prepared in-house, and they are fantastic! However, it's really the bread that sets this place apart from all other sandwich shops. We absolutely love the Italian grinder; it's incredibly delicious! This is definitely our favorite spot for grinders in the area.

I usually don't write reviews, but this place truly impressed me. The staff was amazing, offering samples of different meats and being incredibly friendly. The grinders were delicious, and I will definitely choose this place over Subway in the future.

Fast, friendly and a great price. My grinder was huge, full of delicious ingredients. My new go-to here. Can't recommend this place more highly.
