La Maison Bleue - Nice

We were lucky enough to stumble across this gorgeous little restaurant and we were so happy we did. We wanted something 'local', rather than touristy and this really hit the mark.Situated in a little side street, it's really easy to miss. We had a table outside and received fantastic service.The food was freshly cooked and utterly delicious. Good sized portions too.Would definitely recommend eating here if you're ever in the area.

Passed by during the day and thought the menu appealing. It was a Sunday and maybe that's the reason for it be so remarkably slow. The food was overall good tasting but somewhat cold. I think they should have made an effort to take care of better. The creme catalan was not ready upon entering the table.

Stumbled across this restaurant as we were heading for the main tourist traps. So glad we did. The host is a most charming man and the food is amazing. The snails to start were fantastic and the mains were too. ( prawns for my fiancée and beef in a mushroom sauce for me). No room for desert as the portions are big. Would recommend this place if you want an off the beaten track French restaurant Very well priced too

Vi ble tatt godt imot. Måtte vente en stund på maten. Ofte er et tegn på kvalitet og at den er laget der og da. Ikke prefabrikert. Det var også vårt inntrykk etter at vi hadde spist ferdig. Den smakte slik den skulle og med rikelig tilbehør. Anbefales.
