Domino's Pizza - Niceville

Called the number and got sent to a call center not located at the restaurant. Spoke with someone who had no familiarity with the menu, and sounded like he'd never ordered or received an order for pizza before.

Good service. Never had a complaint with them. Good pizza too. I love the Brooklyn style crust.

The delivery service is outstanding! Sue is my favorite driver—she's always polite and has a big smile on her face!

You all in the reviews seem to be unaware of the challenges faced by the food service industry, especially with staffing issues. Domino’s offers great service and delicious food.

However, I do want to give credit to Eli at the Bluewater store in Niceville for trying to make things better. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, he offered to look for some vouchers to improve my experience, and he did. Because of Eli’s efforts, I’m raising my review by one star.
