We have been to this place several times but last time we were there we ordered a pizza and asked the waiter to make our pizza without onions. After a very long time the pizza had arrived but with onions! When we told the waiter , instead of apologizing he said oggi Ce troppo confusione and he took back the pizza to make a new one without onions as requested. After few minutes he returned with the pizza saying no onions now but it was the same pizza with some of the onions removed. When we told the waiter he told us that since they are busy it is not possible to make a new pizza. Shame on you... do you think we are idiots? You lost a customer, I 'm sorry. And luckily we found that at nicolosi there are many good restaurants.

Overall the restaurant was just what we were looking for! We brought the whole family and everyone left very full. We ordered a number of their pizza and burgers. Everyone was happy. When we left there was a line out the door. A very popular place.

Great pizza, big, rich in seasonings. many varieties of choice in the menu. good value for money.
