Family run business, nice ambiance tavern-style, popular with locals. Great service, funny waiters, very cheerful and helpful. They bring some second helping without asking which is nice of them. Good house wine, especially white. Definitely will recommend it to all customers.
After walking around Nicosia all day, we decided to rest a little and then go to the restaurant for pizza, hoping to have true Sicilian pizza. My wife was happy as she likes thin pizza (which is not Sicilian) and I was ok with a thin pizza even though I am Sicilian and like my pizza thicker. There was a good selection of pizzas which was accompanied by a good bottle of local red wine. Fair prices, other than the television, the place was quiet. Recommended.
Had delicious meal here, with wine, and with dessert. Had a great time. This is a place where locals go- some locals recommended it to us, and brought us there. Great place.
We went to marilin twice, it was so good! the food was wonderful. my son loved the pizzas and fish and the prawns were delicious. the first time we went was a friday night and it was pretty empty so we had the place all to ourselves. it was so delicious and fresh that we went back on saturday night and the place was packed to capacity by the time we left. so good but if you go on a saturday, be prepared to wait and don't be oversensitive to the waiters lack of attention- they were running around like crazy! we liked the long, sicilian dining experience and happy ordered a bottle of wine and enjoyed the atmosphere. this is obvious the place to go with friends and family on a saturday night, so be assured that the food is good enough for the locals. it's not fancy but it is good, fresh typical sicilian cuisine. we will definitely be back on our next trip. yum.
