Unfortunately, the current waitstaff act very impersonally and seem to be intentionally rude. The service used to be great, but now it is incredibly bad. For example, when four of us asked for dessert a second time, four waiters came over a second time, clearly showing insincerity. It was frustrating to be treated this way without any response.
