Gasthaus Traube Niederfell

Probably we came to the restaurant Traube in Niederfell on 17.08.2017. Although the kitchen was actually closed, we could not starve and we could eat something in the kitchen break. Actually, I didn't expect anything special about the Mosel. Tourist cuisine like everywhere on the Rhine and Mosel. After we had taken place under the canopy, the first surprise came. A beautiful wood-bound menu that was beautifully clear and yet offered a good selection. After a relatively short time the food came and my wife was very satisfied with her wine steak with roast potatoes and salad. I chose the lungs with potato crochets and candy and was thrilled. Although we were in the kitchen break, Deas meat was cooked to the point and nicely juicy. The potato crimps were delicious pink and delicate inside butter. The sweetness was also boiled exactly to the point and some bite resistant. I would particularly like to highlight caramelized carrots, and I do not eat carrots. All in all an excellent food that even pays for the two hours drive we had. We like to come back and the next time a little longer. So the grape in Niederfell grows into the rather short list of locals we like to visit. After the Rosengasse in Heide, the Kachelstübschen in Burhave and the Grünsteinstüberl in Schönau am Königsee, the grape has earned a fixed place among the top ten of German gastronomy.

The inn, located on the Mosel and operated by two young, professionally trained gastronomy, leaves nothing to be desired – a rich menu of food and drinks, comfortable rooms and a bowling alley. The food is excellent, takes into account various flavors and is served by a friendly, fast and attentive service team. The establishment that combines a traditional innate atmosphere with intelligently adjusted modern accents is also positive. Parking directly at the house is available, W-Lan as well. Conclusion: Time and again!

Very friendly service, great kitchen with good selection on the memory card and delicious drinks, I really felt comfortable here. On my next holiday, I would book a room here. Then you can enjoy the time here much more.

We ordered delicious Christmas dinner for the second Christmas holiday. The delivery house worked very well. The food was delivered in environmentally friendly packaging and was super tasty praise for everyone.
