McDonald's - NIGHTCLIFF

I don't know where to begin... When ordering 6 Nuggets, sometimes they only give 5. The chips are usually stale and the chicken in the burgers falls apart because they are not wrapped tightly. The meat in the burgers is cold. When I went back this month and asked for no pickles on 2 Cheeseburgers, they still added pickles despite the receipt not stating that. I couldn't find any onions, even though we ordered cheeseburgers that were supposed to come with onions. The food is not fresh. I will not be returning.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but they have a tendency to forget items in our orders. I would recommend only ordering a simple meal if you decide to go.

The manager informed me that they did not have a tap in the store to refill my water bottle. It was ridiculous.

Do not use the drive thru. Errors are vulnerable and I'm sure it's a competition. Order something basic and it is not in stock.

Fantasy Maccas advertisements currently offer visions of great looking fresh salads, fast service, happy families dining in bright clean surroundings and connoisseur coffee made by a real barista. Reality dirty, rubbish covered tables, rubbish on the floor in front of the service counter, wait ten...minutes for a coffee NOT to appear yet, and a kid who looks too young to drink coffee and definitely to even care about its quality, behind the espresso machine, looking puzzled as each order comes his way. And for a small cup not even Regular size they charge the same as the nearby sit down restaurant.Don't bother.
