The food was delicious when a little salt (which I imagine is a conscious decision) and the desserts except ice were also quite mild sweet. But I would definitely come back if/if I came back to Niigata.

Delicious vegetarian buffet. I would definitely go back to the curry, nan and chai tea.

All vegetarian Indian restaurant very closed Niigata Aquarium. The food was so delicious and healthy, 2 hours from everything you can eat buffet style with Ayurvedic drinks and sweets.
