Royal Host Niigata Ekimae

Japanese family restaurant mainly American style meals with a Japanese twist, quality is always good and I would recommend for a good meal at a reasonable price.

There’s not so many restaurant in front of the niigata station, especially that as of January 2023 the station was under heavy renovation, so we decided to have lunch here. The taste of steak and hamburg steak was good but the price was a bit higher if compared with other family restaurant. However, I think their service was better (many waitress compared with other family restaurant).

I did not enjoy the steak...it was cold and did not have any flavor. I don't recommend.

We like to eat at Royal Host. You have an extensive menu for all budgets. We always get the drink bar as they drink Hershey's chocolate.

Had the Sirloin Steak (225g) with the soy sauce dip. All right.
