The tinapa flavor goes really well with the margarined rice, and bonus points that they served it with yummy salted eggs. Not a boring rice dish at all. The sisig was pretty good too, but wished they have added more chilis in it and more of the sisig sauce, but still good nonetheless. Beef caldereta was my second favorite, loved the sauce, they made it the authentic way, not using tomato paste or tomato sauce but liver paste. Really, really good. The meat was perfectly tender too. They also gave us complimetary puto (Filipino steamed rice cakes: pandan, ube, corn, plain) served with crabfat margarine and sugared margarine; and my all-time childhood favorite Chocnut lol. Over all, pretty good restaurant, the service was excellent too, Filipino hospitality at its best, I really liked that the staff were using Old Tagalog language. Really enjoyed my experience here.
The service is consistently good in this branch. I like how they’re ready to recommend dishes when the group looks undecided. :P Winner orders for me are beef salpicao (hooray zomato gold) and pork binagoongan!
Awesome place for a Romantic Date , the ambiance is great and the crew are really accommodating. You'll love the way they speak deep Tagalog. We ordered both Beef Salpicao and Sisig Kapampangan. Both are amazing, the beef is so tender and the sisig seasoned very well, not too spicy and not too oily, just the right touch for both. You'll also love the free appetizers, Rice Cake with Butter and Aligue (Crab Fat) Spread. Will definitely dine in again soon! Good food, good atmosphere to eat and have a chat with the family. Very Filipino! If you have colleagues and want to try the best of Filipino dishes, let them taste the flavours of X0 46! Savory.
Staffs are exquisitely hospitable. Food is great. They have a weekend promo of Buy 1 Take 1 for their dishes (except for rice, drinks and dessert). They’re also closed on holidays. Food serving is also okay, good for 2-3 persons. Crispy pata is tender and pork rind is crispy. Love their Ampalaya con Tinapa, it has lots of tinapa bits with creamy sauce. Calamares Cajiente (Crispy Baby Squid) was also cooked perfectly, comes in mayonnaise dip. Never thought that I can enjoy filipino food like this. Will definitely come back to try their other dishes.
