Overall, I'd come back again. Regardless of personality differences, they did continue to take our order timely and switched out our grill plates often. There was a gentleman who eventually came to help us and was much more mellow and pleasant to deal with. The side dishes were self serve which is perfect for me.
So nice. The top one Korean bbq in Chicago.Food: 5/5
This place is so big! The quality of the meat was good and the side dish salad bar was delicious too! I went with my husband and we got the Standard Option for All You Can Eat, at $29.95 per person. We got three different meats and could barely finish them, each portion of meat was huge!! If we go back we’ll probably start with two and order more afterwards. This place is great for events and large gatherings, they even have a separate party room! The staff were friendly and helpful, although the service was a little slow because it was super busy on a Saturday night.
I did a takeout on Friday night. The food was prepared in lesser than 30 minutes. Inside it is a large dining area. My food was hearty and yummy. Very reasonable price. Will come back again!
Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from this place. My family and I wanted to try a new place as most of the KBBQ places around us lack veggies as an option and we wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday so she got full dibs on where to go.This place blew my mind. It's an all you can eat KBBQ joint, but it also has buffet tables full of Korean side dishes (the freshest i've had in a long time), desserts, and UNLIMITED rice (most places charge a dollar a bowl extra). Also an ice cream machine as a plus. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. If you're newer to KBBQ, they often help prep the meals on the grill, and assist with when to turn the meats if needed. Otherwise, they come around fairly often to ask if you'd like to order more or refill water. For pricing, it's $30 dollars for adults on a standard menu, and $39 for the deluxe which includes a couple more options. In all fairness, this is incredibly fair pricing especially with the amount of options you have. PLUS the meat is actually so good, and as an added tip, make sure to use the dipping sauces! They added a gratuity of 18% which was very well deserved with the level of service we got.Overall, I had a favorite KBBQ place, but now this has won my #1 spot!Kid-friendliness: I saw a few tables with babies eating the food, and the staff will bring in Booster seats to help accommodate. It was pretty wholesome.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: When you walk over some of the mats on the floor, it feels like you walk over vents, so kudos to them for accomodating!
