Feedback gevenNice personal and fast service. but let me tell them after a long hard day of work when they think “yes, PICKLES” on their chicken sandwich, this apology for them is devastating. not crazy, just heart broken.
First time visiting this new location Came around 630pm (Wednesday). Chick-fil-A Drive-Thrus are typically busy come dinnertime but I decided to go in and order take-out. Chick-fil-A service is always friendly, courteous, and top notch, but I was more impressed and appreciative now, seeing how busy to-go orders were coming in. I ordered 3 meals and left <10min. This staff is great! A customer had an error with their DoorDash order, but the Manager made it right without question.
One of the cleanest Chick-Fil-A that I’ve heve been. The cashier was a little busy and he said to wait a minute till he comes back to take my order, next thing I see is another staff member at the register to take my order so I didn’t wait not even 10 seconds.All the best to the management and the the personal!
My go to fast food place is always Chick-fil-A. This particular Chick-fil-A however is a disappointment. The staff is very not welcoming and their attitudes is pretty sad for a place that usually has an upbeat staff. When they opened up I expected them to make a few mistakes here and there but it’s been a quite a bit now and they’re still getting the food order wrong. The other complaint is I don’t like giving them my credit card when I’m all the way in the back of the line in the drive-through and they walk away with it. If you’re gonna take my order have a device with you when you approach my car. And the sad part is they don’t even attempt to correct their mistakes when their food order is wrong.
Once again, disappointment. I ordered delivery from this location on 12/23/21 did not receive my fries. I tried to give it another shot and today 2/4/22 I made the mistake of ordering again from this location. I need a lot of ranch for my meal that is why I didn’t bother ordering the little ones and went for the 8oz bottle of ranch. Instead I received chick fil a sauce which I hate. They didn’t even give me little containers of ranch. I think this location has something against fulfilling online delivery orders. I received the $4 refund from Uber eats for the ranch, but the $30 total I spent for this delivery was completely wasted and I was not able to enjoy my meal at all. Won’t make the same mistake of ordering from here again. I suggest if you’re reading this review, please don’t make the same mistake I did.My previous 1-star review must have been overwritten with this review. Previous mistake occurred 12/23/21 when no fries were packed in my order. Ridiculous.
