Cosmos Galaxy Pancake House - Niles

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's worth noting that they only rent the space from the truck stop, which isn't well-maintained by the truck stop owner. However, the restaurant staff is dedicated and on top of their game. While I wouldn't recommend the truck stop itself, I will definitely be returning to the restaurant. I love their fresh, homemade dishes; everything is prepared with care and served fresh.

This was my second visit, the first being about a year ago. It feels like a hidden gem of a truck stop. While it may not be flashy or extravagant, the restaurant itself is charming and clean, and if you’re in the area, you’ll really enjoy it. The food was fresh and skillfully prepared. I sincerely hope the owners see this because improving the cleanliness of the truck stop could attract more customers. I’d definitely return if given the chance.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I chose the Patty Melt with fries—what a great decision! The burger was beautifully presented and incredibly juicy, and the service was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again!
