Costco Food Court - Niles

Order a pizza. After 25 minutes, they said it was in the oven and would be out soon. Come to find out they had it? I have a refund and left. Wasted over half an hour and showing nothing for it.

3 times called to place an order on the phone, but there was no answer. As I thought when I got there, they were very busy. Although some guests seemed upset because of the long waiting times. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I feel they did a great job! 2/19/22- Saturdays are always busy, including gas station.

Sure a place to take a date when you are looking for high quality food.

Costco Pizza, if you know, you know. (Is always good and very consistent at this point.

Not as roomy as other Costcos the location of the food court just feels cramped especially with how crowded the store gets
