Dunkin' - Niles

I just want to know how these employees looked at this ?hot chocolate? And said yeah we can serve this . It was literally just hot water with whip cream up top . Ridiculous honestly

I always go to this dunkin but tonight was horrible. I usually order online because its easier and alot faster. When I get up to the speaker at the drive thru and say I have mobile- the worker cuts me off and I pull up to the window to get the NASTIESTiced lattes. Matter of fact they tasted like the iced coffee. So if u plan on going here do it before noon, theafternoon/midnight staff are incredibly lazy and just want u out of there hair

Had emily 2 o'clock at 8:30 o'clock. was a wonderful fellow worker! friendly and knowledgeable. drinks we ordered were amazing! absolutely a five stars for them. Now. we went back on Friday night at 9 o'clock and some older dame was in the window. we always order ice-cold cappuccinos! we asked emily how to be done! because we sometimes get them and they are made like a latte and I especially not so that we like the icy cappuccinos for the blows and if we have them last Friday, the lady had pulled our car, she had no personality. was very rude, and our drinks were not made right! they greased. they were not mixed and we could say it. my friend went back and asked if they were made new and she was rude and as if we were bugging her and said, "You have to wait because I have to get these floors cut." we were somewhere on the way after a timetable and she made us too late. so we realize that our drinks are not made right, simply because their workers are too lazy to go to the mixer! and very rude. these people must be fired. absolutely disgusting customer service terrible worker. and very lazy! emily, on the other hand, we need more workers like them!

I always go to this dunkin desire, I can give this a higher rating, but I went in once and got what I usually had a medium sweet tee with extra ice she gave it to me and there had some milk in him and I said my mom about it and she complained about it because I hate complaining, but then I went today only to use the rest room, but I had to make it wait
