Jimmy John's - Niles

This tastes so old. You're basically paying a huge premium for old food that you know at home you probably would've just tossed. Seriously guys, nothing about this place is worthwhile

They really are Freaky fast! My Italian sub was tastey and very well put together and the customer service was excellent Very cheery , and showed genuine care in explaining the deals and rewards programs and she was great at promoting and pointing out the specials. They were happy to see me and I was happy to be there for those reasons. Thank you!!!!

Very very light in the Tuna Salad. Almost didn’t have any. It seems like I paid for a Little John…

I usually go to a different Jimmy John 's however, I was in a rush so I decided to stop here. I thought the service was good. Everybody was smiling. However, ultimately it 's about the sandwich. It reminds me of the old commercial where the older lady says, Where 's the Beef ?The sandwich had very little meat compared to other Jimmy Johns. They seemed more interested in packing in the lettuce, than the cold cuts. I stepped at a McDonald 's about 10 minutes later, I was still hungry. Very disappointing.
