These guys are the absolute worst at reading Uber orders. I am always missing something or something is made incorrectly. Very frustrating.
We always leave Starbucks feeling invigorated and less stressed. I just wish it wasn't $20 for a cup of coffee.Dietary restrictions: Wish the calorie and other contents were listed as some of us have restrictions on how much of a certain thing can be had in our diet.Wheelchair accessibility: NOT all Starbucks, especially one in particular, doesn't have a very wheelchair accessible entrance without possibly falling into the street while trying to navigate the entrance. Very hazardous! But not just wheelchairs are the issue, people with other medical equipment they have to carry, such as rolling oxygen tanks are a nightmare to navigate through there as well.
Not a good location. Maybe something in the air...but the employees always seem dazed and confused and unaware. They don't call out when your food is ready, they never know what pastries are in stock, they don't put whip cream where whip cream is due, etc.. I tell my husband we are better off from now on going across the street to Target's Starbucks!
I drove 30 mins because this Starbucks has so many cute cups keychains others don’t have. And upon me purchasing my cup, I met the barista Liz. She was super kind and gave the BEST customer service. Her co worker was really sweet too but I didn’t get his names. Starbucks, thank you for hiring great employees with excellent customer service.
