Subway - Niles

This Subway is definitely better than the nearby Little Caesars next to PetSmart. The staff and owners are friendlier, and the place is much cleaner.

This is a nice clean situation with friendly staff who make me happy that I went there.

Subway is just subway and I like that they are the same no matter where you go..

Good but Not Enough Meat on the sandwich. Only Enough meat for half NOT whole

I placed my order online, and it clearly stated how I wanted it prepared, but it wasn’t made according to my request. My sandwich wasn’t cut in half, which is something I’ve never had to ask for before. The service was below expectations; the staff member made us feel like we were bothering him, even though the place wasn’t busy—there was only one other customer. I also had an issue with a discount that wasn’t applied, and he simply told me there was nothing he could do. He didn’t even try to address the issue or suggest any solutions. I ended up taking the food as it was since it was prepaid and just left. This isn’t typical of my experiences at other locations, but after this visit, I won’t be returning here again.
