Taco Bell - Niles

Eating is always well done, and the staff is always friendly. the one dame, marcy, she is the most authentic, friendly hearty lady. she makes her welcome, she always has a warm smile on her face, and I have never met anyone in the almost food industry as hard work, dedicated her job, or as sweet and sincere as marcy. it deserves an increase and a promotion.

Mostly something was missing lately. once I miss a large drink from which someone picked up my order, 4 separate paintings I miss afteros from my box, a chalupa was redeemed from rewards and never got. Food good if I actually get it, but they don't double check orders before they hand out and support never checked to fix the problems.

The burrito supreme and crispy wrap supreme ordered and both appendages are accepted to come with acidic sawn, nither had on them. both made super sloppy and soggy. the employees were busy discussing cicherebrates. the manager was extremely rude, would not fix the problem and simply hang on me. platz is a sweat!?

2/25 11:50AM the first impression was a cleaner charge. the employees worked quietly. no nebel or drama in itself. keep these crew up what they can.

Missing my mexican pizza..not too interested in going back.. They need to be aloud to hire more staff... I was trapped in the drive thru for 45 minutes along w others.. People were leaving cars to use the bathroom next door... Not staffs fault AT ALL. They did the best they could and served me with a smile
