Le Taj Mahal - Nîmes

This restaurant is located on one of the small alleys that cross through this beautiful city. It is worth finding because I had an excellent meal here. There are some outdoor tables and a cozy interior. I had the vegetarian Thali that was harmful and great for €17. Three small, very delicious curry dishes, two Pakoras, a samosa, rice and a delicious cheese naan. The service was friendly and I highly recommend visiting here if you have some Indian food in Nîmes.

We stayed at Taj Mahal Restaurant in 2018, we were there for Diner every night. The food was excellent, the staff was super friendly and service was great! I was back this year 2022, again they never fail, Awesome Service, I was recognized by one to the staff who is very nice. I recommend all Taj Mahal India Restaurant. Merci

It was Monday night and there were not many restaurants open and we needed to eat quickly to catch a train. This nice place took care of us and gave us pretty good Indian cuisine at a reasonable price. Very popular spot.

If you have never had authentic Indian food in India you might be fooled into thinking this is it. It was bland with no spice or chillies. The service was friendly and accommodating. The setting was nothing special.

At the heart of a small alley, the mahal taj is waiting for you to surprise you. If you don't know Indian cuisine, a tray is offered in which to discover various specialties. prices are correct for quality and quantity. As for service, the service is also very well. We'll come back, that's certain.
