We do not live in the area...and were getting married at Grand View Lodge (right down the road and realized we needed a birthday cake and anniversary cake for some people at our wedding. I called end of the week and Schaefer's was able to put together a delicious birthday cake for all the kiddos attending the wedding...red velvet with the best frosting! And a beautiful anniversary cake that had birchbark theme....served 2 people (or more people! Perfect! They were super easy to work with...people oohhed and awwwed about them! They were also super affordable...less than $30 dollars. : Thank you!
