Wendy's - Nisswa

Extremely slow. 20 minutes to get served. Overcooked sandwich and cold, soggy fries. They should tell customers that it will take so long before they take the money and strand their customers. Will not return.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast and screwed up both vehicles orders then Said they listened to our orders and it was our fault the last 3 times this year so far they have been out of product. Been stopping in there for the last 10 plus years. It was the last time. They need new ownership or management

Waited in line in the drive-thru for 12 min. As the lobby was closed for some reason. I ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich plain with cheese and a medium fry. When I pulled away from the window and looked in my bag I had 2 regular chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. When I tried to tell the lady at the window she looked very unconcerned. I had to wait till another employee walked out of the locked door to go in and have it dealt with. The manager was incredibly rude and said he needed to remake it. I then waited another 10 to 15 min to get the correct sandwich and they didn't even give me fresh fries with it! Also when I did finally get the sandwich it was severely overcooked.

The dining room was closed due to staffing problems. Our order was very fast and the burgers were terrific.

This place is getting a little better, needs more work on orders and speed of service.
