Asian Buffet - Nitro

I absolutely love their crab rangoon, and the receptionist is always so friendly!

To add to the disappointment, our drinks were never refilled, the food tasted stale, and they didn’t replace it. We felt uncomfortable the entire time, as if the staff were staring at us and mocking my fiancé and me because of our sexual orientation. This place needs to be shut down!

I would give this place zero stars. I took my friend to eat here a few days ago, and it was a disappointing experience. We barely managed to eat anything—just a few rangoons that were mostly cream cheese stuffed in some strange dough, and a couple of mushrooms. When I went to grab a salad, my friend took a couple of bites and found a long black hair in her food. She was so disgusted that she nearly felt ill. We decided not to eat anymore and lost all appetite. I asked for a refund, but the lady at the counter refused to give it to me. She even charged me for one buffet instead of two, despite the fact that we barely touched our food. When I pointed out that all three plates on our table were still full, she got rude and dismissed my concerns, saying the supervisor wasn't available. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
