Jack In The Box - NLV

Usually this place gets my orders delivered to me right away, but earlier today I had placed an order and after waiting for a while I had gotten an email saying my order was cancelled so I called the place but they never answered even after 12+ calls to ask about my issue, I still haven't gotten my money back and I am trying to solve this problem.

Great team work it's pleasant to deal with the employees my food is always perfect.customer service is great thank you to the employees for great service.

I ordered a double jumbo Jack at 2am and it was the hottest most tasty burger EVER!

I normally have good service but I the past two times I’ve been there they have messed up on my order. Just this morning I ordered the munchie box and a cheese cake and when I got home they forgot my cheese cake. I tried calling 3 times nd no one answered. The last time I was there I ordered the five chicken strip meal and received only 3 strips but was charged for 5.

Honestly this establishment deserves -5 stars the cashier did not understand English made ordering my meal very hard to order they took very long and tampered with my food. Now I have food poisoning.
