Feedback gevenBy far some of the worst customer service I’ve seen, they do not greet you. When you walk in, they will stare at you until you talk to them first. The waiting time is also ridiculous for this place. I would highly recommend retraining your staff on the basics of Customer Service. If a person is spending almost $40 for a meal for two, I would expect much more out of this place.
This my local Teriyaki Madness and I get good service every time. If there’s any issues they solve them right away.
When half of the food is rice the rice can not be cooked wrong! Gross mushi kinda like paste. Cheap on sauce as well we were given two cups for a large bowl and small bowl no napkins . It's the small things that count for me.

Food takes waay too long to be done, waited over 30 minutes for two plates. Definitely not worth it.
